Taking off to Wisconsin tomorrow for a week of competitive shooting. We will be doing "3 gun" matches, pin shoots, SF qualification matches, SF sniper qualification course, Air Marshall qualification matches and to round things off we will end with a endurance shoot. Then the last two days of my trip will be to just sit back and shoot at a more leisurely pace. (do I hear jealous cries?)

I am taking the following

Colt M1911A1
Beretta 8000F Cougar
Beretta M9
S&W 4006
S&W 686
Ruger Gov’t Competition 22
Ruger Mdl 77 in 7mm RM
Marlin 336 CS in 30-30
Marlin .22LR rifle
Mossberg 500 12 Ga.

,22 LR = 5,000 rds
9mm = 15,500 rds
.40 S&W = 2,500 rds
38 Spcl = 2,500 rds
357 Mag = 3,000 rds
7 mm = 250 rds
30/30 = 250 rds
12 ga = 2500 rds

My plan is to come home with a lot of empty cases but I doubt I will be able to shoot it all – probably have some .22LR left – ROFLOL.

I plan on doing the endurance test with the M9. Last time I did an endurance run I fired 5,683 rounds before the first issue and that was a round that FTL due to a little too heavy of a crimp. For the SF sniper Qaul course we will be set up for targets from 750 yds to 1,500 yds - thus the 7mm RM.

And for those that would like to know - YES everything above are my reloads except (of course) the .22LR. Pistol was done on a Dillon RL-550B and XL650, rifle is all done on a Lyman Crusher and the shotgun is done on a Dillon SL900

I won’t be back till mid to late next week so I’ll let you know how things were.

Do you hear the jealous cry coming from Las Cruces, NM?

One question though, don't you need some .45 ACP ammo for your M1911A1?

OOps - guess I left that out due to a good friend bringing the .45. It will be factory Federal Match since he gets it through his work channels for cost.

Well I need to finish packing and hit the road. See ya next week.
