Colt 45

Does anyone have and use a .22 conversion unit on their 1911? I picked up a Colt Ace Conversion a while back. I haven't used it yet, although I've had it on my Series 70. It came with all the original paperwork, all the parts, and the original box. The unit is pristine, and I haven't had the heart to defile it yet. That may change this weekend though.
I also have a Service Model Ace that is also pristine. I have taken it to the range and it is a lot of fun. It is very accurate, and allows you to get practice with a 1911 for a fraction of the cost. I'll try to get some pictures of it and the Ace Conversion in a few days.
Next to .45, I think .22 is my favorite caliber. They can be a lot of fun for very little cost.
