Anyone out there have a P345 ? I love mine and its my second Ruger. Does anybody know where to get the 10 round mags? I have one but I got it from a guy where I used to live.

I have never shot a Ruger. I need to put this on my list of to do's. Are you meeting up at the range with us this month?

I have a KP345. I think it's the same except that it has the rail. I'm sorry though but I don't know where you can get the 10-round magazines. Have you tried getting them from Ruger?

I am not going to be able to make it to the range but maybe one day. Ruger doesn't make the 10 round clip but I wasn't sure who. They are no good for carry but the 10 round clip is nice for the range.

So now that you have had it for a while, how do you like it? I've had mine for about a year now. I haven't taken it out lately, but it went with me every time there for a while. It is a great shooting gun.

Yep, love it. I had mine for a little over a year. I little bulky for some of
my jeans, but I take it with me when I am out sometimes. I dont take it
to the range as much due to the ammo situation.

I think it's getting a little better on the ammo. I have seen some 9mm, .40 S&W and a little .45 auto now and then.

WHERE? I came across a few boxes of 40 at Walmart, but don't own a 40. You gotta share what you know....please

I have seen it at both of the Walmarts here in Cruces, however the other day when I was at the Walmart on Walton, they had none. The time before I bought several boxes of 9 mm and some .40. The guy in front of me bought 6 boxes of 9 mm.

The wife and I were talking about making a trip to Cruces this weekend, and know I actually want to go. Might just have to stop in and take a look because the Walmart here in Alamo has little to no ammo, everytime I check.

If you don't make it, let me know what you are looking for. I would be glad to pick some up for you and we can meet up sometime.

Well, we didn't make it. The wife got behind on homework and has finals this next week. Is there a place to shoot there in Cruces? We can make plans to meet up out there sometime and do some shooting.

Yeah, there is a nice range just outside of Cruces on I-10. It's called Butterfield Range. (http://www.picachogunclub.com/butterfield_shooting_range.htm) I would love to meet up, just say the word!

It's looking like this weekend is out, I have to work. But how about tenative plans for the following weekend, say Saturday morning? It can be hard for me to make plans even a week out with the wife and kids and work, you just never know what's gonna happen. Let me know if that works for you.

Yes, that works for me. Work does come first. I am available pretty much every weekend so whenever it works for you is fine with me.
