just Got another video form the NRA in the self defence series about practical blade defence it was very informative. I would say that this video would be good for everyone to watch, no matter what skill level they might be. here is a web site that is the group that was on the video,www.martialbladeconcepts.com

Anyone want to practice with a rookie on this?? I always have a knife on me and not always my firearm. I need to be more proficient with a knife. Thanks for the link.

i've taking some knife fighting and escrima (philipino sword/knife/stick fighting). They are lots of fun. What are some examples of what they cover in the video?

its based on a philipino stlye I beleive but it mostly takes about what to do and shows you how to disarm and stop the attacker from continuing the attack so you can get away,I would watch it agian to make sure of what stkye its based on but I let my gunsmith friend borrow it, I have had some knife fighting trianing back when I was took matiral arts but that was what seems like a long time ago

i just got done looking at the website. it's philipino based. it looks good. ill tell you what. the more of this type of stuff you can expose yourself to the better you are off. but, none of it's worth a damn without constant practice. just like everything else.

I looked at the site, read some points and left me awed. It actually caught my whole attention.
