Hey guys might be a stupid question BUT , here it goes. I always have a mag in my weapon and an extra one on my person. However, I also have two more mags that I keep in my car at all times. Do you guys think that the weather could effect my ammo ? I would hate to need it and find out it doesn't function properly. Thanks for any input.

Unless you are using Wolf brand ammo which is steel cased, you have no worries. New Mexico is a pretty dry environment anyway. The biggest problem I can see is maybe some spot rust on the mags themselves from being left out. Besides, you probably rotate your ammo pretty often anyway, right? :D

I know a guy who sent a loaded mag through the washer...and the dryer without any issues. He inspected the rounds carefully and then fired them no problem.

:D Some guys like their stuff really clean. After the washer and dryer, did he break out the Brasso? Just kidding, that's a stress test that probably should'nt be repeated ya think?
