That's a sad abuse he has made of the news section under "Concealed carry in National Parks".

Do you suppose he is being paid to do this ? What other motive would a person

I was just checking out some of our newest members and OemSoft looks to be another spammer. Check out the bio and you'll see what I mean. Been here since late June, no posts, and trying to sell Cialis from his bio. Please kick this one too....maybe they'll start to get the hint.

The guy was banned, but I think he was using multiple IP addresses so I'm not sure if it's possible.

This guy is not very creative, or else he creates accounts with a repetitive script. I would bet that four of the five new users listed is the same azzhole. The "Todays Birthday" is another of his user ID's. Here:

How many ID's does he have now. A Hundred ? Sure does mess up the board stats. He has caused me personal grief once, so I am volunteering to return the favor. Can you derive his ISP from the board logs ? I think an appropriate letter would possibly generate a need for him to obtain a new ISP.

There are other alternatives as well. That boy aint right in the head.

Based upon the profile and continuous nature of this spam attack, I no longer believe this is a total jerk of a person. I think it is a spam-bot program that has latched onto your server. It is time to alert the normal users to the hazard of this thing. Also time for you to talk to Dan, I think. Any other suggestions I have should be private in case the spam-bot is being over-sighted by a real person.
