Why have to log in so often?

Almost every time I change sections or threads, I have to log in again.

This can be irritating. Do the administrators know about this?

This sounds like a problem you are having. Even if I let my computer sleep or hibernate after navigating away from the site, I'm still logged in when I return. As long as I don't turn off the computer or click on the log out button, I have no problems. What browser are you using?

I'm using Opera.

This forum is the only one that gives me the problem of having to log in every
time I turn around, so to speak. So, I'll re-evaluate the cookie settings and
make a change or two. If that doesn't work, I'll try accessing the forum
using the other browsers, starting with Internet explorer.

I'll let you know what I find out, if you wish.

Sounds like you know more about computers than me; I've never heard of opera. But I do know that IE and Mozilla work without problem here. Good luck to you

I'm having the same problem and I'm using IE-- and yes , it is a pain .
I'm asaddled with dial up and everything is very slow , so , having to log in every time you move from one area to another , gets very annoying.

This is the first time I have heard of this issue. There is a possibilty it is your pc. I have accessed this site from many different computers and haven't had an issue.

Sounds like some sort of cookie problem. Try removing all of the cookies associated with concealcarrychat.com or www.concealcarrychat.com (http://www.concealcarrychat.com). That may fix your problem. I would highly recommend using FireFox as a browser!
