A New Class...
As a reminder, you need to do a two hour Refresher Class halfway through your four year concealed carry license. You have two months on either side of the midpoint to do the Refresher. To renew your license after four years you must take a four hour Renewal Class and apply to have your license renewed. You may take the Renewal Class two months before your license expires.
In order to accommodate both, we will be teaching a combined Renewal/Refresher Class on October 18 at the Sidney Paul Gordon Shooting Range. The Renewal Class will run from 8:00 to 12:00. The Refresher Class will begin at 9:30 and end at 12:00. Cost for the Renewal Class is $65. Cost for the Refresher Class is $35. This includes your range fee as well.
For either class you will need 100 rounds of ammunition for the practice drills PLUS 50 rounds of .45 auto ammunition (or whatever calibers you qualified with) for the qualification part of the class.
This combined class is an experiment and is designed meet the requirements of each class. The Renewal Class, which is longer, includes an academic segment not required for the Refresher Class. If it works out, we will offer more combined classes.
For more information, or to sign up for the class, contact Richard at 575.430.3040 or at riclin@tularosa.net.
