Well I didn't get pictures, but I had an entire elk carcass in the back of my Jeep. Had to hose her out and scrub it for almost an hour to get the dried blood out

Oh, how I love Elk burgers.

Funny you should mention the dried blood thing. After I checked this doe, It took about an hour to scrub out the blood off the hood that was trapped in all the scratches.

The next deer I got, I just threw in the back of the white truck (there in the background)

All this talk about Jeeps got me to reflecting about the 1947 Willys Jeep I had when I was in High School. I wish I still had it, or at least some pictures of it! I had to sell it to further my education...

I hear you. I've heard many of the "I wish I still had my old jeep" stories. That's why I told my wife when I bought my jeep that I wold never be getting rid of it. For now it's my daily driver and part time wheeling toy. Later in life it will just my toy, but never will get rid of her. Not only that but mine is the last of an era...last of the TJ body style, last of the 4.0L straight six, last of the 2 door unlimiteds, last of the six speed manual trans. It will have to be totaled BEYOND repair before I consider letting go of it
