I got this in an email the other day. Take a lesson from this guy!

A guy came into the Police Department the other day to ask a favor.
He had a S&W 629 that he wanted to dispose of after a mishap at the range. He said there was a loud bang when he tested his new load and the gun smacked him in the forehead, leaving a nice gash.
Looks like his hot loads were too hot.

And if someone knows how to load the photos from the gallery, please let me know. I couldn't get it to work and could only load the photos as thumbnails from my computer.

Your photos are in the gallery, but there are multiple ways to have them show up. I think Bman505 needs to make an input here. The way I use is to address the photo by its true location, but even then there are ways to size it.

actual size example

I do not usually use this technique but you can also post the photo by its address.

The small version:

http://www.concealcarrychat.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=90

The large version:

http://www.concealcarrychat.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=90&size=big&cat=

The board software also allows limiting the image view to logged on members. Most places I enjoy visiting do not do that, so neither do I, however that would be Bman's call on how he wants his board to work.

Before showing you the basics in here, I think Bman needs to say how he wants these things.

Last, but not least, If you look at the second group of disaster pictures in the Hitchiker's Guide, page one, you can see that your pictures are not just a "hot" load. That gun experienced an OVERCHARGE. Whoever loaded that ammo is doing something very wrong and that ammo will blow up any revolver.

Scooter,
While researching overpressure in pistols, I think I ran across the original source of the email you got when you started this thread. Looks like it may have been a "Field and Stream" article.

A friend of mine has Ruger that look's something like that. He offered to load some .45's for me, I politely said no thanks.
