Anybody go to the Gun Show today or the new gun shop "in town" ? Just wondering what people thought. I havent checked anything out yet. I plan on going on Sunday to the gun show.
I do need to check out the new shop. I think this is number 4 for that location. Hope it does better and stays open.
Doubt I'll go to the 'gun show'.
A distinct lack of guns lately and I don't need any soap, old spurs, coins or milsurp gear.
Wish they could get some guns vendors to come

I went to the new shop, Ricochet Shooting Sports, its a friendly place. I purchased a Glock 27 from them. I liked the deal and the service. I stopped by the gun show also. There was some decent stuff there, didn't get anything though.

Yep...
I went to the gun show and got a new RIA 1911 CS. I've wanted one forever...and I couldn't find one for the last couple of years. Got a good deal as far as I'm concerned...what a way to start a Sunday!
:D

That would be the place.
Didn't get out there today, too busy blading the mud back into position.
I'try tomorrow on the way home from work.

I tried several times to patronize the shop when it was the Tularosa Trading Post. I could never catch anyone there. It looks like the hours for Ricochet are a little better and they have hours 7 days/week so I'll have to stop in.
Can someone who has been to the new store give a sneak peek on what kind of stock they have until I can get there?

Thanks for the congrats colt. I love the gun. I took it immediately to the range and shot off a few rounds. It's very accurate on the 50 yard range. I love it.
The store looked pretty light. Some used stuff on a hanging board. A few rounds of ammo on the shelf and some archery type equipment. The guys there were very friendly and willing to get a price on anything you asked for. I'd definitely recommend you stop by.
