****January's Contest****

http://www.crossbreedholsters.com/Portals/0/logo2.gif

The idea for this months contest came from one of our own members and I think it is a great topic. I hope to see an entry from every one of you!

What are the best ways, in our local community, to promote the freedom we enjoy with firearms, and to encourage others to enjoy that freedom?

The winner of this months contest will receive one of the highest rated, most comfortable and the most recommended holster on the market, The CrossBreed SuperTuck and Belt!

http://www.crossbreedholsters.com/Portals/0/Images/SuperTuck_Large.jpg
Our SuperTuck Deluxe is THE most comfortable and concealable holster available, there might be prettier ones, but NONE will out-perform the SuperTuck! Each holster fits all Bbl lengths of a particular series of firearms such as everything from an Officer's to a 5 inch 1911, or a Mini Glock, Compact or full-size Glock.

Our belts are made of two layers of top grain cowhide. These two leathers are then stitched together, cross grain from each other, using recessed stitching to provide protection to the stitching from surface abrasions. The finished belt is 1 1/2 inches wide and just under 1/4 inch thick.
The final result is a thick, strong belt offering superior support for the gun and holster while being supple and flexible for comfortable wear. Our belts are also available with the Velcro-Kit which includes a strip of loop Velcro stitched to the back of the belt and a pair of our V-Clips and hardware for use with our SuperTuck holster. This combo results in TOTAL concealment and very good stability.

****Rules****

I believe being a law abiding citizen and setting a good example of gun-ownership is a good beginning. I think you hit the nail on the head when you said your local community. We need to start small. Help family members (spouse, brothers, sisters, children, and so on) understand the usefulness and enjoyment of this freedom. When you are comfortable and confident, joining clubs and groups which fit most of your beliefs is the next step. I say most beliefs because not everyone will find an organization that will 100% fit within their ideology. Before you know it, you will make a difference.

I have become vocal about our rights when it comes to the 2nd amendment. I have sent out emails, mostly to my friends locally, and also to some all over the country. I also bought 2 handguns and my ammo from my local gun store. They need our business more than walmart does to keep going. I also have taken my class and now have my CCW permit. A right is only good if we exercise it! Get involved, join a gun club, i am about to do that myself when the funds recoup from Christmas! I am just passionate about this great country and i am truly bothered when i see our own government taking away our rights!!!! If i win the prize, great! I have been wanting a CrossBreed for a while, just have not had the funds. I hope maybe i have stirred a response and maybe made a difference to someone else. God Bless and Happy New Year!!

I'm late but I want one more than anyone else. I have the quickclip. But I need the cowhide black supertuck for my service model XD 9 with CTC lasergrips to help conceal for my work. And I can't afford another due to putting my daughter through college. I'm also teaching her and her girlfriends firearm safety. I'm certified by the NRA to teach. Your two freebies are the best on the market and want to show them to students as an example of the correct ways to carry concealed comfy and properly.

All I can do is reiterate what I have spoken from the heart. I have been a crossbreed customer for well over a year and the supertuck was made for the XD. And we know this... It's the best holster and imbibed guy looking for one break. But I'm sure there's others out there more in need than me. Although I was throughn outta a mall here for open carry with no legal SigmaTel by some tween that don't know the law... Good luck to all!
