Another site that's good is www.handgunlaw.us

It not only has updated news, but an interactive map that you input what permit(s) you have and it shows you what states you are legal to carry in with links detailing that states laws as to concealed carry.

If you have been there you need to check it out. Especially if you are planning to travel.

i was thinking of comeing up with a cheat sheet (quick reference) of the states and the gun laws for traveling that i could keep in the car/on the bike so i don't get screwed while traveling. would anybody be interested in that? or have ideas?

holy crap. I started digging into other states laws and regs and it'd be way to hard to come up with something simple and easy to use. I'm a florida/virginia/sc/nm guy. Those are the only states i've lived in. Which apparently are the easiest states on gun laws for the most part. I've had it easy comparably speaking.
