I'm good in UT but I can't get there from here! FL works for me. MN, where all my wife's relatives live, does not work for me.

Regarding small Glocks, I tried the Glock 30 recently and was pleasantly surprised to find it no harder to shoot than my M&P 357 Sig. It is the same length as my Ruger .40 and about 3/4 inch lower.

If Congress looks at the need for uniformity of CC permits, they might have to consider making qualifications more uniform. For example my brother-in-law reports that he had to take a combat course for his MN CC but I did not have to take a test. From what I have read (Ayoob) there is a lot to learn about CC that really does require both classroom work and demonstration of practical capability.
